Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.
Ship to Seoul
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.
Quality Review & Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
